I am staying open teaching yoga online.
I'm Cat from The Yoga Tribe. I am a yoga teacher and mothers well being specialist. I am now able to offer outdoor classes on Cullercoats Beach and in the Station Masters Garden. Classes include: Simple Feel Good Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mother and Baby Yoga. I also offer pre-recorded digital yoga and relaxation packs that are easily accessible from any device for you to do in your own time.
