The Fostering Company

The Fostering Company is an Independent Fostering Agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne, North East England. As an Independent Fostering Agency, the Fostering Company provides a fostering service to the seven local authorities. Foster care and fostering services are offered in Newcastle, Gateshead, South Shields, North Shields, Sunderland, County Durham, Northumberland, Morpeth, South Tyneside and North Tyneside in the northeast region. We work in partnership with these seven North East councils to offer a dedicated and local fostering service. We have our own foster carers and social workers who work hard to ensure that the needs of the children are met to high standards and without delay.
