COVID LOCKDOWN UPDATE:

We are in incredibly unexpected times right now. In the light of COVID-19 Smell the Roses has postponed all Face-to-Face ReTreat days for the foreseeable future.

Like most other organisations we have had to adapt what we offer and have created virtual opportunities to get together. We now have a private Facebook group where mums/female carers can chat to each other and support each other. We are offering monthly Mini-Morning ReTreats via Zoom, for those in the private Facebook group and you can watch “join in” workshops and wellbeing videos via our YouTube Channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1NqcF1btZVFlrd3x3arMtg

After dropping your child/children off at school, come and chat with some other mums over breakfast. We offer a range of activities set up in different rooms, e.g. Pamper Room, Art Room, Support Room.
