Park Road Medical Practice

We provide comprehensive NHS primary care services to help you manage your health and well-being. We are a small, friendly general practice. We aim to provide a caring and efficient service. We are also committed to preventative medicine in partnership with you. We are also the first practice in the North East to become a member of the Dementia Action Alliance who brings together organisations across England who are committed to transforming the lives of people with dementia and their carers.  In addition to this, we are also the first practice in North Tyneside to achieve the “You’re Welcome” primary accreditation for fulfilling the quality criteria for making health services young people friendly. Our aim is to provide a high quality, caring and personal health care service to our whole patient population by:
