Moving on Tyne and Wear

We help people who live in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, North Tyneside, and South Tyneside and are unemployed and have physical or mental health issues, additional learning needs, or disabilities. Every person on the programme receives a unique service which completely depends on their needs. We are committed to helping you overcome the barriers that have prevented you from finding work or getting training before. Whether you need employment-related disability support, or you have physical/mental ill-health which has made you lose faith in yourself, we can help you move forward. We are funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and The European Social Fund. Mental Health Concern is our lead partner. Our free service is delivered by our expert charity partners. There are 10 organisations involved in Moving On Tyne & Wear to ensure our participants receive the best care.
