Jo-Anne Garrick LTD

Established in 2016, Jo-Anne Garrick Ltd is an independent planning consultancy based in North East England.   Having initially worked as a planning and development surveyor since 1998, in 2001 Jo-Anne gained a masters in town planning and became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2003.   Jo-Anne has significant experience in a variety of senior planning roles in a range of public sector organisations and more recently in the private sector.  Until late 2015 Jo-Anne led the strategic planning and housing service of Northumberland County Council, and prior to that she was head of planning, conservation and communities at Northumberland National Park Authority.  Jo-Anne has also worked on regional planning whilst at the North East Assembly, urban planning at Gateshead Council and also in development management at Wear Valley District Council.
