My qualification, passion and many years experience as a competitor in Canoe, Kayak and Triathlon has given me the opportunity to give back some of what I have learned through my own experiences and education. With the demands of our modern lives; work, commuting, home etc... our Health, Fitness and Wellbeing can often take a back seat which inevitably results in weight gain and a unhealthy lifestyle.. I can emphasise with you as I've been there. The good news is I'm here to help guide you to a more sustainable Healthy and Fitness focused Lifestyle. My focus is on the individual, ensuring you are achieving you goals, whether that be competing in an Ironman Triathlon or running the Park Run without stopping. I deliver clearly structure programmes designed around the individual with a focus on technique, strength and endurance.
