I’m currently running online fitness classes ... BodyWorks Fitness Online   They are all pre recorded workouts on Facebook ... there are quite a few all ready up. They also get new workouts every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Which they can do at any time. It’s a wide variety of workouts for ALL levels of fitness. Moderations are given, if needed, throughout.   I was charging £45 for 4 week ... but I’d be happy to give chamber members the offer of £20 for unlimited access. Meaning ... they can stay in the group as long as they want! The workouts are fun, often light hearted ... but will make you work.
