My name is Fi and I have been running my business Kidd n Snore for 8 years now. The business developed as I recognised a need for reliable and trustworthy pet care for all.
When I worked full time I really struggled to find pet care for my cat Pickle. The only choice I had for her was a Cattery. Most cats would prefer to stay in their own homes without the stress of being transported somewhere new.
I have always loved dogs and was brought up with a variety of breeds from Yorkshire terriers to labs to spaniels. I have wanted to own a dog of my own my entire life but I travelled a lot with work and so it was impractical. I jumped at the chance to spend time with many different breeds of dogs in my business. I learnt pet first aid and did a behaviour course in preparation for starting. Over the past years my confidence has grown. I now feel that I have an amazing understanding of how dogs think and act and have a special affiliation with cockerpoos having had the majority of my clients since they were 8 weeks old.
In April 2018 my dream finally came true and I welcomed a gorgeous 5.5 month old cockerpoo puppy called Cookie into my life. We have been on many adventures and have continued learning together. She is my right hand and spends 22 hours a day with me. She is an incredibly intuitive dog and instinctively knows which dogs to play with and which dogs (generally puppies!) to lie back and let them learn. She complements me and the business and I can’t imagine life without her ❤️
