Engaging Pathways CIC

Engaging Pathways is a Community Interest Company based in North Tyneside who specialise in facilitating and improving engagement between the business community, education, the third sector and Government Agencies. This is achieved by using a set of designed processes which help to identify the requirements of each of the sectors, producing data to support engagement, identifying strategic partners, facilitating processes, administration support, training, and mentoring. At the heart of this work is a core belief that by working together we can improve our community while benefitting individuals, businesses and organisations who take part in the process. It is understood that the practicalities of engagement can be time consuming and difficult and the Engaging Pathways process removes many of these challenges.
